We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for any content you post, transmit, or otherwise make available through our services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

• Infringing on the rights of others.

• Posting or transmitting harmful or malicious content.

• Engaging in any form of unauthorized access or use of our services.

Discord Server Rules:

1. No graphic or explicit images/videos, no NSFW content. 

2. No sharing anything with harmful material such as viruses or malware. 

3. No sharing or discussion anything illegal.

4. Treat everyone with respect, including yourself. Absolutely no hate speech, threats, discrimination on any basis, attacking anyone or combative comments. No discussion or encouragement of self-harm.

5. Keep profanity to a reasonable level. Any derogatory language towards another user is prohibited.  

6. No spamming. 

7. No doxxing others or yourself, or requesting identifying information. 

8. No sharing of personal information such as DMs, pictures, etc. without explicit consent from all parties. 

9. No begging.

10. No self-promotion, promotion of others, solicitation or recruiting. This includes DMs to members. 

11. No sharing or distributing any content or information from within the server. Violators are subject to legal action. 

12. Must be over the age of 18.

13. If you believe someone is breaking the rules or you have an issue with anything, send me a DM right away. 

I reserve the right to pause or terminate member’s access to the server for any time/reason.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, content, videos, text, messages, media, live sessions, 1:1 sessions, accelerator programs, discord, telegram, communities, paid and/or free, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are forbidden from recording, copying, sharing or saving any materials include in our services, and may be subject to legal action if found doing so.

6. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update, change, add, remove or replace any part of our Privacy Policy at our discretion without notice. 4. Unauthorized Purchases: It is the responsibility of the user to secure their account and prevent unauthorized purchases. Refunds will not be provided for unauthorized transactions.

5. Subscription Cancellation: Cancellation of a subscription or service does not entitle the user to a refund for any remaining unused portion of the subscription.

6. Not Canceling Subscription Before Renewal: Not canceling a subscription before the renewal date does not entitle the user to a refund.

7. Non Use of Product/Service: Not using a product or service for any amount of time does not entitle the user to a refund.
